Assertive Community Treatment Teams is an Evidence Based Practice that delivers a full range of services directly to people who have been diagnosed with serious mental illness. The goal of ACTT is to provide all services necessary to help the individual reduce or eliminate the symptoms of their illness and live a life not dominated by mental illness.
ACTT services are provided where people live, work and in other community settings in a manner that fits their schedule and needs. The ACTT Teams are comprised of Psychiatrists, Nurses, Mental Health Therapists, Substance Abuse Professionals, Employment Specialists, Certified Peer Support Specialists, and Housing Specialists.
From help with taking medications, getting through the day, finding housing, getting a job or attending school, ACTT helps people realize their fullest potential.
ACTT services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
