Forensic Assertive Community
Treatment (FACT)

It is the mission of Strategic Interventions, LLC to provide a Forensic Assertive Community Treatment Team (FACT) program that delivers comprehensive, community-based treatment to adults with a Severe and Persistent Mental Illness and criminal justice involvement, whose needs are so pervasive that they cannot be met effectively by any other combination of available services.

The purpose of this service is to treat each individual’s mental illness and assist with successful re-entry into their community while reducing recidivism and justice involvement. This is accomplished by a multidisciplinary team approach. 

Each FACT Team has a Team Lead, Nurse, Therapist, Forensic Peer Support Specialist, Vocational Specialist, and Criminal Justice Specialist who have work experience or direct involvement within the justice system.

The FACT program provides 24/7/365 crisis services.
